What is Grounding? Grounding, or earthing, is the practice of connecting ones body with the Earth by touching skin to a natural conductive surface. This can be material such as natural water sources (the ocean, lakes, rivers, ect), grass, the ground, rocks, or any natural organic material. Grounding has a plethora of benefits such as:
