MOVEMENT CLASSES
Adrian Lobo's journey with movement started with Street Dance in 2006 where he immersed himself in the underground street dance community. There he was initiated into movement wisdom from the perspective of Performance, Health, Athleticism, and ultimately Spirituality. As a result he continued his education in movement by delving deep into the movement arts of Yoga, Qi-Gong, and Internal Martial arts such as Tai-Chi and Bagua Zhang. Adrian Lobo now offers classes on these modalities to the public. He has been certified as a Yoga Teacher, Medical Qi-Gong Practitioner, and has studied Internal Martial Arts under the tutelage of Bruce Frantzis and various expert internal martial art practitioners.

Qi-Gong Fundamentals
Qi-Gong, meaning energy cultivation, is an ancient healing movement practice that has been practiced in China for over 4,000 years. The focus of Qi-Gong is to use breathe, intention, and slow graceful movements to bring harmony and healing to the energetic and physical health of the body. In this class series we will cover the fundamentals and basics of Qi-Gong. This is a great class for both beginners who are just starting on the path and for more advanced practitioners who would like to polish up their practice. After the class many individuals report feeling an amazing sense of inner-peace, calm, and relaxation with a sense of energetic vitality and mental clarity. These movements are designed to help you feel amazing while dissolving any and all layers of stress and tension in the body.
